Grow your own pizza garden, indoors! We have a wonderful pizza recipe that you can share – and tell your friends and family that you harvested your own toppings right from your very own indoor garden of Kitchen Minis™tabletop plants.

Kitchen Minis Pizza Recipe

Start by harvesting from your Kitchen Minis plants:

• Choose your Tomato: Red Velvet, Siam, Cocoa

• Choose your Pepper: (Sweet) Fresh Bites Red, Yellow, or Orange. (Spicy) Hot Burrito, Tamale, Hot Fajita

• Add Basil Bonsai

Note: Your Kitchen Minis plants can be put in your favorite decorative pots or planted together in a window box or large pot.

Enjoy making homemade pizza with your own freshly grown ingredients from your countertop.

1. Use your favorite store-bought pasta sauce

2. Add shredded mozzarella cheese and kitchen minis toppings

3. Easy crust recipe:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions:

Gather all ingredients, combining the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl. Mix in warm water and oil until dough comes together.

To bake the pizza: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees C (190 degrees C). Pat and stretch dough onto a large pizza pan; cover with pizza sauce and top with shredded cheese and kitchen minis tomato, pepper, and basil desired toppings. Bake in the preheated oven until crust is lightly browned, 20 to 25 minutes.
