Homemade Sriracha Sauce

A spicy pantry staple made right at home with your fresh Kitchen Minis Hot Peppers! We mixed our chili type pepper, Taquito, and Hot Fajita Pepper to make this “goes on everything” hot sauce!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs of Kitchen Minis Taquito and Fajita Peppers mixed
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Dash of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of white vinegar

PREPARATION

  • Wash and chop peppers, combine peppers, garlic, sugar, and salt in a blender and blend.
  • After coarse puree forms, transfer to Mason Jar. Refrigerate for 1 week, stirring daily.
  • Pour fermented chili mix into a saucepan with vinegar. Boil and then simmer for 5 mins.
  • Let cool and blend in a blender until smooth. Add garlic powder and salt as needed and bottle your sauce!
