Festive Summer Caprese Salad

A caprese-style salad is so fresh and festive for summer! Make a large batch for a crowd or a small serving for a snack, this super easy recipe will be a fresh harvest staple!

INGREDIENTS

• Bonsai Basil
• Red Velvet Tomatoes
• Fresh Mozzarella cut into slices
• Olive Oil
• Balsamic
• Salt and Pepper
• Small Star Cookie Cutter

PREPARATION

• Slice Red Velvet Tomatoes.
• Use a star cookie cutter to cut little stars out of mozzarella slices.
• Add tomatoes, mozzarella and Bonsai Basil to a bowl.
• Drizzle with preferred amount of olive oil, balsamic, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
